Ed brings an unusually diverse professional background to every real estate transaction. Before becoming a REALTOR®, he worked in mortgage banking, became a certified real estate appraiser and ultimately managed the national headquarters office of one of the world's largest banks. He later built and operated a successful national healthcare recruiting company, negotiating high-level contracts and helping place physicians and dentists in communities across the country.
Those experiences developed skills that Ed uses every day in real estate: property valuation, financing knowledge, negotiation, marketing, problem-solving and attention to detail.
After relocating to Florida, Ed earned his real estate license in 2021 and joined Wagner Realty. His production grew quickly—from approximately $4 million in his first six months, to $8 million the following year, and $17 million the year after that. Within two years, he had become one of Wagner Realty's top-producing agents.

Long before real estate, Ed learned the importance of showing up when people need you. As a teenager, he volunteered with a rescue squad and fire department and later served as a police officer and undercover narcotics investigator. That commitment to service followed him through every chapter of his professional life.
